Coal water slurry fired hot air furnace system include combustor, dust remover system, CWS feed system, compressed air system and air supply system
Combustor: upper-middle of generator is cylinder shape and bottom of generator is cone shape. The combustor wall is equipped with variable air-spray tube, which makes the burn of CWS in vortex condition
1)Ensure CWS and air intensive mixing, increase the combustion rate.
2)Vortex flow air increase the CWS combustion time
3)Scouring function of vortex air avoid the possibility of coking on furnace wall Balanced jet flow, vortex, block off flow make the generator achieve best combustion effect.
